Terms and Conditions

Our services: We provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We will clean to the best of our abilities, but we do not guarantee the removal of all dirt, stains, or odors.

Scheduling: We will schedule our services based on the availability of our staff and the needs of our clients. We will make every effort to accommodate requested dates and times, but we cannot guarantee specific scheduling requests.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. A service fee will be added to all credit card payments. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, a fee of __$25__ will be added to the balance due.

Accounts: 30 days past due, subject to a $35 late fee.
Return check fee - $25.00

Cancellation policy: We require _24_ hours notice for cancellation of scheduled services. If notice is not given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

In regards to customers canceling multiple times, considerably after the second consecutive cancellation, we must revert their price to a first-time visit price or opt to receive a top to bottom service to restart their service cycle.

Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages to property, including but not limited to, furniture, carpets, walls, flooring, or personal items. We will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by clients or their guests while our staff is on the premises.

Access: The client is responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to the property for our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, providing keys, security codes, or access to common areas.

Additional services: Additional services, such as deep cleaning, window washing, and carpet cleaning, can be requested at an additional cost. These services will be scheduled and priced separately.

Satisfaction guarantee: We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please call us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return as soon as possible (within 1 regular business day) to re-clean the problem area until you are satisfied. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
